Orders are shipped Monday-Friday unless the item is on Pre-Order. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Domestic Shipping:

Standard shipping (4-7 business days)

Priority shipping (3-4 business days)

*Please track your package through your local post office website. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you through email to check the status of your order.

Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs (Monday-Friday) after the order has been placed

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@atielahfashion.com. Please note we are not responsible for the shipping fee. 

If your return is accepted, you will receive a store credit in the form of an Atielah Fashion coupon code. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If an item is received after the 30 days have passed, you'll be charged a 50% restocking fee.
