Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday unless the item is on Pre-Order. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping:
Standard shipping (4-7 business days)
Priority shipping (3-4 business days)
*Please track your package through your local post office website. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you through email to check the status of your order.
Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs (Monday-Friday) after the order has been placed
UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:
In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s).
Returns
We do not offer refunds. All returns are processed as store credit.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be received within this window to qualify for store credit.
If your return is received after 14 days, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Returned in original packaging, with accessories and return card
- Accompanied by the packing slip
Exchanges & E-Gift Store Credit
We do not offer direct exchanges. Due to limited stock, we cannot guarantee availability once your return is processed.
Upon approval, store credit will be issued in the form of an Atielah E-Gift Card within 3–5 business days. It can be used like a coupon code at checkout.
If you have not received your store credit within 5 business days after your item is returned, please email us at atielahfashion@gmail.com with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
Final Sale & Gift Cards
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Returns of these items will either be denied or incur a 50% restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
Order Cancellations
Orders—including preorders—must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed, as processing may begin immediately. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Editing Orders
Please double-check your order details before checkout. We may not be able to make changes to sizes, products, addresses, or discount codes once your order is placed.
Price Adjustments
Due to demand and exclusive releases, we do not offer price adjustments or credits for price differences after purchase.

FAQs
How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 days for processing on all orders.
Why hasn't my international item been delivered to me yet?
International orders are subjected to clear customs. Depending upon volumes at customs, delays may occur. If you track your item online and the status shows it is with customs, please note we cannot intervene or cancel the order, but will be delivered by the carrier upon release.

What if I received the wrong item?
Please email us at atielahfashion@gmail.com. Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What do I do if I put the wrong address?
You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
However, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
How do I take care of my clothes?
Gentle hand wash or place in a washing machine with similar colors in cold soapy water inside out. Rinse in cold water. Hang dry or leave flat to dry in shaded area. Use the cotton setting when ironing.
I want to edit or cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled or edited if they are not in processing. Most orders are in processing within 3 hours of purchase. Please reach out to customer support at customersupport.lillyskloset.net to see if your order can still be edited or canceled.
